Meghan E. Bradley

Ms. Bradley has concentrated her practice in divorce and family law for twenty-five years during which she has handled a wide variety of cases. Ms. Bradley represents unmarried clients addressing custody and child support issues. She also represents clients in divorce matters involving a wide range of marital estates, as well as clients struggling with post-divorce issues. Throughout her career, Ms. Bradley has handled divorce matters involving substantial marital estates, including the valuation of businesses and other complex valuation issues.

Her representations have included matters involving the valuation of residential and commercial real estate, the valuation of hedge funds and stock options as well as the analysis of various executive compensation issues. Her extensive family law experience combined with financial acumen secures her clients a distinct advantage.

Ms. Bradley’s litigation experience has significantly influenced her approach to family law. She strongly believes that her client’s interests can most often be best served through the team approach offered by the collaborative divorce process. Ms. Bradley is dedicated to helping families navigate divorce in a way that holds the children’s best interests paramount and facilitates the building of a resolution that is enduring.

Ms. Bradley is a member, and is currently the President of the South Jersey Collaborative Divorce Professionals (SJCDP). Ms. Bradley is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).

Ms. Bradley also serves as a divorce Mediator and an Arbitrator. She is a Court-Approved Mediator and on the Mediation Roster for Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties. As a mediator, Ms. Bradley applies her analytical skills and experience as a matrimonial attorney to evaluate a case in order to facilitate communications between the parties so that they can reach a prompt and amicable resolution of all issues. She is also a member of the South Jersey Peer Mediation Group.

Ms. Bradley serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in the Superior Court of New Jersey for Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties. As such, she volunteers her time on a monthly basis to offer recommendations to parties and their counsel on how best to resolve their cases to avoid the financial and emotional expense of a trial.

Ms. Bradley is a Master in the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law Inn of Court, currently co-chairing its Programming Committee. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section as well as the Burlington County Bar Association Family Law Section.
