Points Against Your Driver’s License

The New Jersey Motor Vehicles Commission (MVC) assesses points against your driving record for moving violations. If you accumulate six or more points within three years from your last posted violation, you will receive a $150 Surcharge plus $25 for each additional point. A points-based Surcharge can result in a Surcharge for three years. If you get 12 or more points on your current driving record, your license will be suspended.

Attorney, Joseph M. DeLorenzo, Jr., has represented many clients in MVC hearings and will work to protect your driving privileges.

DeLorenzo Bradley & Banfe, LLC serves clients throughout Atlantic County, Burlington County, Camden County, Cape May County, Cumberland County, Gloucester County, Mercer County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County, Ocean County and Salem County in New Jersey.
